These terms cover your use of Nami, an AI team for solo founders and small businesses, provided by Nami, based in Bangkok, Thailand. We have tried to keep them plain and fair. By using Nami, you agree to them.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Nami, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Nami is

Nami is a subscription web app where AI departments — Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success — plan your week and draft work such as content, lead research, and reports. Nothing is sent, posted, or spent without your approval. You stay in control.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for your account and for the activity that happens under it. Keep your Google sign-in secure, and let us know if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

Subscriptions and billing

Nami is offered on monthly plans (Starter, Pro, and Managed), billed through Stripe. Some work also uses credits, which you can top up. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal, and your plan will run until the end of the current billing period. We generally do not provide refunds for partial months, except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Please use Nami responsibly. You agree not to:

  • Use Nami for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive.
  • Try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Resell or repackage Nami as your own product.
  • Use Nami to generate content that deceives or harms others.

AI-generated content

Nami's deliverables are AI-generated drafts, provided "as is." They can contain errors or inaccuracies. You review every deliverable before using it, and you are responsible for anything you publish, send, or act on. The deliverables you create are yours.

Intellectual property

Nami owns the platform — the software, design, and brand. You own your business data and the outputs Nami generates for you. We claim no ownership over your Company Brain or your deliverables.

Disclaimers

Nami is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Nami is not a substitute for professional, financial, legal, or accounting advice. For important decisions, please consult a qualified professional.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Nami will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Nami and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. If we close your account, you can request your data by emailing us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use Nami after a change means you accept the updated terms.
