Nami is an AI team for solo founders and small businesses, run by Nami, based in Bangkok, Thailand. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email us at hello@heynami.com.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to run the service for you:

  • Your Google profile. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo.
  • Your business information. The details you enter into your Company Brain — your business description, customers, offer, pricing, and goals.
  • AI-generated deliverables. The plans, content, lead research, and reports that Nami drafts for you.
  • Basic account and usage data. Things like your plan, credit balance, and the activity needed to keep your account working.

How we use it

We use your information to operate Nami: to sign you in, to plan your week, to generate the work you ask for, to bill you correctly, and to provide support. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business information to advertise to you.

Sub-processors

We rely on a small set of trusted third parties to run the service. Each only processes data on our behalf, and only to do the job listed below:

  • Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
  • Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions and credit top-ups.
  • Anthropic (Claude) — the AI model that generates your deliverables.
  • Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
  • Resend — sending transactional email (for example, sign-in and account notices).
  • Google — OAuth sign-in.

Payment data

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe processes your payment details directly and shares only the information we need to manage your subscription, such as your plan status and the last few digits of your card.

AI processing

To generate your deliverables, the relevant parts of your business information are sent to Anthropic (Claude), the AI model behind Nami. This is what lets Nami draft work that is specific to your business. Deliverables are AI-generated drafts — they can contain mistakes, so you review and approve everything, and you are responsible for what you publish or send.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as you have an account, so the service stays useful to you. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing hello@heynami.com. We may retain a limited amount of information where we are required to for legal or accounting reasons.

Cookies

We use essential session cookies only, to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each account is isolated from others using row-level security, so your business information and deliverables stay private to you. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

International processing

We are based in Thailand, but our sub-processors operate globally. This means your data may be processed on servers located outside Thailand. We choose providers that handle data responsibly.

Children

Nami is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use Nami after a change means you accept the updated policy.
